FIXED RATE REMORTGAGE
When you avail a remortgage with a fixed rate you are required to pay a fixed amount each month which helps you to maintain your monthly budgets more efficiently. With a fixed rate remortgage your interest payments remain constant irrespective of the ups and downs of the market. A fixed rate loan may be a little more expensive initially than a variable interest; this is because the cost of the risk that interest rates might raise has to be taken into consideration for the fixed rate loan.
